Mentorship Cohort Launches a Six-Week Career Studio
The pilot pairs graduating students with alumni mentors working across product, policy, medicine, and research.
The cohort was designed as a small and practical studio rather than a lecture series. Each week combines one live session, one asynchronous task, and one personal check-in.
Mentors asked for a format that respected busy schedules without reducing the quality of support. Students asked for something more structured than ad hoc coffee chats. The current pilot tries to meet both needs.
If the format works well this spring, the association plans to reuse the same structure for summer founder circles and university application reviews.
